We hired Howie’s Roofing to replace our existing cedar shake roof. After obtaining several quotes, we selected Howie based on price and reputation.As the project proceeded, we encountered a severely rotten beam adjacent to a skylight. Howie immediately notified us of this issue and outlined his recommended solution. Within a day, he had mobilized a framing crew to replace the beam and, because of his quick action, we were able to stay on-schedule. Howie’s Roofing has done an excellent job roofing, designing the hidden gutter system and completing the entire project on time, at a reasonable price and with care. Clean up of all debris and materials was done carefully and on daily basis. When our roof leaked during heavy rain, prior to starting the project, Howie showed up on a Sunday evening to cover up the spot where water has penetrated.
